How do I update my registered payment card if it has expired?

If your registered payment card has expired, please use your registered email to contact support@sbobet.com with your complete KYC (Know Your Customer) documents. This is required as part of our verification process.

We will need the coloured copies of the following documents:

  • A current photographic identity document, e.g. National Identity Document, passport and driver's licence
  • Proof of your residential address document dated within the last 90 days, e.g. bank or credit card statements and utility bills (excluding mobile telephone bills)
  • Copies of both old and new front sides of payment cards

    Please ensure that the front card details are fully captured and the card numbers are not covered.

  • Reason for update request

Verification normally takes about 12 to 48 hours to complete. We will notify you via email if there are any updates.
